Double the Birthday Fun!

On Sunday afternoon we celebrated two birthdays for the price of one :) Daws and Brando both had happy days in the past week so their Mama's tag teamed and we did one combo b-day. Good times had by all.... here is the first time that Minnie actually REALIZES Darla exists...she's been kissed and loved on by Darla in the past but she was too little to really pay much attention.... not so on Sunday... she knew :) Hey... where'd she go??

What I didn't capture was Rebound's reaction to Darla... they had already "sniffed" and said hello to each other but as soon as Darla came over to see Minnie Rebound came right over, threw his hackles up (like he NEEDS to show her how big he is?) and got between Darla and Minnie... I was definitely surprised considering most days I'm pretty sure he doesn't even LIKE her never mind want to protect her....

She sure loves this birthday boy...:) or maybe it is Darla licking her toes that got the smile :)

Minnie is a HUGE Papa H fan... she was very content to just sit on his lap and be mesmerized by....you guessed it....

Her FAVORITE person in the WHOLE world :) and she's pretty partial to the OTHER birthday boy too :)

There *might* have been an incident of Husband beating up Brando... and a bloody nose... but I'll never tell :) and pretty sure he won't either :)

Always fun to be at L&L's house and even MORE fun when it is for celebrations and fruit platters ensue! :) *wink wink" Mrs. R! :)
