Yikes.

Another SUNNY Track Meet

And those are my FAVORITE kind! 

I missed the immediate reaction because I was so invested in it... but Abbey broke the 6 min mile and PR'd by 15 seconds... she ran with the boys and guess what... she hates to lose! :) The teammates right there were ready to celebrate with her and it was sooooo sweet to watch!!

Minnie killed it in the 100m

and Miss B is working so hard on her form and shaving seconds off HER time!

They both did awesome in the 4x100

Minnie's last event was jav... 

this is her walking away after coming over to tell us she threw 110'+ and then she went and threw it 3 FEET FURTHER! My favorite moment had to be Minnie helping Miss B with the jav... she is such a natural teacher and when she knows she can help she has such a gift!

When the MMS girls win the ENTIRE thing... that is def. encouraging to Husband and what's to come :)

The Weekend Report

What started out as blue skies and the promise of a sleepover...

Turned into head over tea kettle off a horse... The other Mom called me and I answered with "Who fell off the horse?" :) She sent me these pictures and told me her MIL who was an ER RN for years and years suggested we go get it checked out... I texted Cerise who agreed... no one wants sinus issues later on....

She was in good spirits and was the MOST disappointed that she was missing the sleepover :(

Taking a break from "icing"

Poor thing was freezing and shaking I'm guessing because the adrenaline wore off...

NEVER a room you want ANY of your loved ones in but she was quick quick...

and came back to getting wrapped in warm blankets....the scan was inconclusive because there was a part of her nose that might be the way she is made or MIGHT be broken but good to have the images "nice incase" we have to follow up with an ENT. Husband drove through Wendy's around 9:30 to get her some food and we were all tucked in after 10:00

On Saturday AM I wanted to be at Farmfields when they opened... Husband agreed to come along and look who else came... ON HIS 2nd BIRTHDAY :)

Miss B did a great job icing all day on Saturday and she looked GREAT by the afternoon!

The one and only thing I wanted for Mother's Day was my cement pad back... I met CountryMum at Hannaford and we zipped up to Limerick (we had made those plans when I thought I was going to be picking up Miss B from her sleepover) and sadly... no selfie! :( When I left... this is what it looked like....

Sunday after SS and church my gals obliged with a photo... 

They have no idea they are my whole world and how much I adore them....

after sitting on our bums on the couch all afternoon... the final photo I found on my phone with a nose that is looking PRETTY GOOD! :)

School Dayz: Final Staff Appreciation Week

 Wednesday was "salty" snacks... which went perfectly with the deli platers and rolls that the district provided for lunch...

Thursday was sweet treats... which isn't really my jam but everything looked SOOOO yummy!

On Friday they brought in a catered lunch... oh.my.goodness.

Individual tomato soups were DELICIOUS! 

The PTC ended the week with two raffles... a Dunks gift card and a huge scratch ticket bucket! 

So SPOILED!
