Not much going... so combining last week and the weekend report....
Last week was busy with sports...our own and getting to watch some of our favs battle it out. It was Lil vs. Penney and it was so fun to watch them both!!! Such great softball players and a beautiful night to be outside chitty chatting it up with Tamarah!!
Friday night the gals headed to the Penney house for a sleepover after soccer practice and softball pics for some of the crew... Husband and I got a date morning on Saturday to get things for the bridal shower I helped with at church and it was so nice to drive and chat. Gals got home tired, filthy from outside play and ready for their NEXT adventure! We had the opportunity to babysit for these beautiful people....
Grilled steak, mashed potatoes, 2 1/2 euro cukes and a popsicle later and we headed outside.....
Had to catch a runaway chicken....
and enjoyed SPRING!
Saturday when Husband and I got back I went to church to help set up for the shower... it was a tea party theme and it came out really cute....
I did 11 teapots filled with fresh flowers from Trader Joe's and it was really pretty...her colors are pastel and she's a very romantic artsy bride... I hope she was happy
Sunday we headed north for Minnie to play in a soccer game. We had such a great time just being together as a family. We all love a good road trip and had a blast!! A great weekend all around....
