MISS B ~ 9 MONTHS!!!!

UPDATED WITH STATS:

Weight: 16 lbs 13 oz 20%

Height: 29 in 90%

Head Cir 43.5 cm 40%

OH Miss B you are NINE MONTHS OLD!!!! WHERE DID the time go? Seems like just yesterday and you were "teenie" (I use the term loosely for a girl who popped out at 10lbs)

As it was for your sister, this month has been a DOOZIE in developments for you!!!

You have mastered your walker
The DAY BEFORE you turned 9 months you have learned to crawl and you are PSYCHED!
You LOVE the trash can and it is a battle to keep you away from it in your walker (nasty)
Daddy NEEDS to lower your crib to the bottom setting because it won't be long before you are trying to haul yourself over the side :)
You STILL have NO TEETH!!!!
You are wearing mostly 9-12 month shirts and 12 month sweatshirt. I can still squeeze you into 6 month onesies if I need to
You can fit into 3-6 month leggings in the waist no problem but they look like crop pants
12 month pants for length but they are WAY too big around the waist
You have learned your version of "All done" and it is pretty much just you sticking one or both hands in the air. Cutest thing EVER!
You love ALL food so far (except bananas) and want whatever we are eating... no matter if it is chicken pot pie or spahetti. You love food.
That being said... I'm done pumping. We are going through our freezer stash and then gonna figure something else out for you... Good thing the freezer stash should last us a bit longer...

You got a HORRIBLE cold last month that had you coughing, snotty, and MISERABLE. :( Thank goodness that is over.
JUST like big sister... you LOVE LOVE LOVE the water. Watch out TiTi and Uncle L's pool this summer... I think the C sisters are gonna spend MOST of their days floating, swimming, jumping and ENJOYING! :)

This month Mama also splurged on a 2nd hand Ergo. I have coveted my friends for months now and finally bit the bullet with Husband's a-ok and we are all SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY with the discounted purchase. "Yiz" and J.T. were right.. it really IS the best. You pop right in and everyone is happy... Mama gets her hands and you get Mama. Works well :)

You have SUCH a sweet personality Miss B... you love to put your head on someone and sort of hum "mmmmm" like you are snuggling with them. And if we make a big deal about it you'll keep coming back in for more. :) So sweet.

Definitely the big goings on this month was you learned to crawl. It JUST HAPPENED over the past two days before your 9 month b-day but you could NOT be happier.

A typical day for you starts around 6:30AM...you get up and play, have a few Cheerios and around 7 you are ready for breakfast. You eat just about any fruit except bananas. I keep trying them with you but you pretend to gag every time. Little pieces of strawberries seem to be your fav. so far. And then you are off and running... usually in your walker so you can chase your sister... sometimes you jump in your excesaucer, or just crawl around playing with your toys and trying to get into things you shouldn't. Sometime between 8:30-9 you let us know you are ready for a nap and in the past month that nap was lasting about 2-2.5 hours... You are ready for another nap around 12:20-1 after a lunch of a couple of veggies and another bottle. You wake up around 3-3:30. When you wake up you eat another bottle of about 4-5oz and that gets us to around 4PM :) You LOVE snacks at that hour. You have dinner around 5-5:30 and that is whatever we are eating USUALLY because you are freaking out if I don't give you what's on my plate (and you NOTICE) plus you eat your own veggies/meats and another bottle of around 5oz right before bed. You are in bed for the night between 7-7:30 and then we plan on seeing your pretty little face some time between the hours of 11 and 3AM and at least 1-3 times. Fun. (NOT.) And we do it all again the next day :)

You don't sleep through the night but STILL what a little love and treasure you are to our family. ESPECIALLY since Mommy and Daddy have been battling a 3 year old "will" it has been nice to snuggle with you... all the while...knowing that you time is coming... ;) You are a gift to our family Miss B and we love you SO much. So proud of ALL you have done this past month, how brave and tough you were through the sickies and what a rockstar you are crawling around. We love you sweet sweet girl.
