Attempted the DF/GF Mac and "cheese"... three bites and that was it. Kinda gagging but I MIGHT be able to do it as a side dish... have it in the fridge to try again...

Supplements: Fish oil once, turmeric w/black pepper twice, probiotic once, vitamin D once, detox bath with salt, cider and frankincense essential oil (Bath only Wednesday) NO SUPPLEMENTS AT ALL ON THURSDAY ~ I did take 4 Advil before bed on Thursday... extra sore all over (see notes on manual labor below)

Overall pain level and locations: 6ish... mostly knees, ankles, feet, finger and chest ~ lots of "manual" labor, carrying heavy totes up from the basement, lots of cleaning, bending, carrying laundry baskets upstairs and trying to steam clean my carpet... key word... trying.
