Weather:  Sunny 60's

Food:
Coffee with almond milk little syrup
 2 waffles with jam
 Banana for low blood sugar
Orange for low blood sugar
Roast chicken, cukes, strawberries
Skinny Pop and an apple low blood sugar
Chicken and pasta probably.. can't remember now... (Tuesday) 

Saturday
Waffle
Salad with chicken, cukes and dressing
Strawberries
Burgers with avocado and some ketchup to dip

Sunday (Mother's Day)
GF pancakes with raspberries from SIL L and kiwi
Salad with chicken and dressing for lunch
GF pasta with broccoli and vegan butter
Skinny Pop


Supplements: Fish oil once, turmeric w/black pepper twice, probiotic once, vitamin D once  I also took 3 Advil in the AM (Friday)
