Christmas Break (Part 2)

While I do NOT love taking care of any of this or worrying about Husband in the driveway on ice and slippery conditions, I DO LOVE my long dirt road and the view I had running people everywhere....

I stopped at the P.O. per Tamarah's request and found this AMAZING Christmas present with the most THOUGHTFUL card... we are "navigating" these "let go" years and I am so SO grateful for her and walking through ALL the stages together... 

I heard Natalie Grant the other day be VERY real about how when you are expecting a baby... EVERYONE is right there... offering advice, helping you wash the baby clothes, paint the nursery, suggest carseats, buy you the "what to expect when you are expecting" book... but then... they are getting ready to look at colleges, think about careers, packing up their stuff (and I know we are still a couple years out but STILL)...MAN that happened fast... and I am one that tried to slow it down at ANY CHANCE we could.... 

So when Tamarah suggested a Jets/Pats game (and Minnie said... it feels like I'm 8 again) uh... YES PLEASE... PLEASE FEEL 8 AGAIN!!!

IT WAS SOOOO fun to have the W crew in our home again... been a LONG time and we were SO SO SO grateful for the visit, the food, the fun, the FRIENDS....

and the LIFETIME we have done together in the SHORTEST 16 years of our lives...

How did we get SO blessed!?!?!

and lest you think we forgot the "other children" (insert eye-roll)  they were causing a ruckus and SO happy we were all home every.single.second of break! I assure you! HA!

Minnie also had a game (and practice and practice and MORE practice ~ along with Miss B)

but FUN to have a 12:00 game and no worry about what's for dinner because...oh you'll be HOME! :)
