Fun with Friends

Wednesday was our LAST early release day (HOORAY! THEY ARE SO ANNOYING!!!) so Husband organized it with his administration to bring all FOUR of the little ladies to his school. Maddie is nervous about going to the middle school next year... rightly so... coming from a school of 100 to a school of 700 ;) Minnie is used to being there and I think feels pretty confident about being in Daddy's school but it was nice, they were given a tour from the guidance counselor they are going to have next year, saw the space their classes are going to be in and even met some of the 6th grade teachers.... ack.. my Mama heart... I am just NOT READY for MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!!

When they got home they tried to play outside but it was the first 90 degree day and they moved inside pretty quickly... fun with cards....

Clearly you can see that some are better than others when it comes to being patient and moving slowly... (Minnie is in the background with NO cards ;)

So proud! :)

Her little sister went home from school sick so it was 1 on 1 time with this one and we had a blast as always with our Penney's!

Sunday (The REST of the Weekend Report)

Because this weekend was puppy pick-up at the farm Miss B takes riding lessons we were not able to have her lesson on Friday. We rescheduled to Sunday after church and it was the first time that Husband and Minnie were able to join us.....and Minnie was THRILLED... since they are keeping one of the puppies

Brya kept saying that she felt bad that Minnie was having to watch the puppy....clearly you can see she hated every second of it....

and then this girl showed up and it turns into Disneyland

I told CountryDad on the phone that afternoon that Miss B is going to be like one of those happy bikers with dirt and bugs in their teeth because they are smiling so big riding down the road....

She just doesn't stop smiling! When I told her what I said to Grampa...

She said... "MOM! I JUST CAN'T EVEN HELP IT! MY FACE JUST SMILES WHEN I'M RIDING!" I get it girl... I get it :)

It was pretty warm on Sunday and after Ginger had given 3 lessons that morning it was time to cool off with a cold hose...

and just to end the post with smiles for EVERYONE.... don't you just love how puppies sleep like this... I wonder what age it is when they finally stop stretching out like this...

Cuz I hope this one doesn't grow up TOO fast...

Bri Bri's Wedding (Picture OVERLOAD)

IF I *thought* there could ever BE too many pictures... but I don't ;)

Thursday night kicked off the wedding festivities... at least for Miss B and I when we went to the "big city" to get our nails and toes painted :) I LOVE teenie tiny french manicures

Friday I ran around doing last minute errands and then zipped the gals and SIL L down for the rehearsal

It was FREEZING and super windy so I was nervous about the rain in the forecast for Saturday...

Don't mind her sweatshirt... this girl and "dress-up" clothes... I mean eee boy!

The Lulu models....

Sky and Jose surprised Bri Bri with this sign they handmade... it was so sweet

WEDDING DAY!!! MIL and SIL L worked tirelessly for MONTHS getting things set up and BEAUTIFUL for BriBri's day....

SELFIE with the bride!!!

Bridesmaids and my sweet gals! :)

The GORGEOUS arbor that BIL L made with flowers by Jose's momma... it was STUNNING! Arune on the phone with who we assumed was his bride or family... hee hee hee just cracks me up!

All the dresses made by MIL. I told her during the ceremony they were ABSOLUTE perfection! They could NOT have been MORE flattering on every single bridesmaid. So so sweet.... they were GORGEOUS!

BriBri's dress was PERFECT!

Bows on the back that came off her Momma's dress....

I mean... PERFECTION.

I love these two sweetie's having a little sisterly *moment*... it might be one of my FAVS from the day

Model material right here....

These two... I tell you what... amazing! SIL L was the glue that held this whole thing together and the behind the scenes work she accomplished was nothing short of AMAZING! A job well-done to pull this event off for sure!!!

My best wedding accessory. Him.

She was missed BIG! HUGE.

Sad I wasn't able to snag a "professional" picture but this will have to do since I don't know that I'm getting 50% of the people in this shot back into a dress or suit anytime soon ;)

My best girl... Love her

The flowers were over the top... absolutely stunning!

These two right in the thick of the party planning, the photography and making sure it went off without a hitch... doing exactly as the bride asked :)

Blue frosting OF COURSE!

Mister Clay... ready to go for a snooze with his grandparents....

A beautiful day... perfectly overcast for the photographer, perfectly warm for the bridesmaids and perfectly perfect for the bride and groom! HOORAY!
