Minnie and I (Miss B was busy scoring THREE GOALS in her soccer game) headed to the "Big City" to help celebrate baby Clay! Bri-Bri, Sky and SIL L did such a great job with the dinosaur theme!

A FULL Saturday

Gals and I headed out with the P crew to the BEACH of all places... you all know how I FEEL about the beach but we did not get there ONCE this summer and the weather was GORGEOUS and we had 5 kids to keep entertained.... beach it was... and it was AMAZING!

Rock climbing, shell finding, kite watching....

and CROC wearing....

Such a fun morning/early afternoon spent outside...

We finished the day at L&L's for the Sept/Oct birthday party and because there were no fairs this year we (read L&L and a little help from some friends) did up homemade donuts, hand-cut french fries, mini steak and cheese, pizzas, apple crisp and coffee cake! Such a yummy party and enjoyed by ALL!

 

My Commute

I LOVE coming home...I LOVE my drive to work but the view on the way home can't be beat right now...

I have been going the "back" way on my way home... it's not any longer and I get to see this friend....

So blessed.....

 

Randoms

Miss B with her "farm fresh butt nuggets" for sale on FB! :) she sold 3 dozen with this adorable face! :)

Cleaned up the garden... Husband used some of these and made his "world famous" green tomato mustard relish....

MC wanted to have her blood sugar checked.... post dinner this number sure makes my heart happy...it is also always a GREAT way to chat about her buddy Chase and a reminder of all that he has to go through everyday.....

this one wanted NOTHING to do with having her sugar checked but did haul out a molar! :) at what point do they STOP losing teeth? :) 

Miss B's work from school....I love Minnie's ponytail but I did have to text her teacher to ask "those are my SHOULDERS right??" :) I LOVE little people and the fact that Miss B's teacher was Minnie's KDG teacher makes it all the more fun! How much fun is the fact that her chicken is front and center and almost double the size of her 165lb dog? :) 

 

Apple Picking Adventures

All of these pictures are completely out of order but I can't figure out bloggers new format... 😕😕

Sky called to see if we wanted to do some apple picking after church... weather on POINT and time with FAMILY? YES PLEASE!

These two CRACK me up with their bond and what they will do with and for each other.... 

Worth it for the photo op though :)
