The Weekend Report

Nothing like starting the weekend with a site change...

GPS came over after school because she and Minnie had signed up for a class... it was 5:30-9 on Friday and all day Saturday....

Which was AFTER my girl SUFFERED (oh wait... that might have just been me...) through 6+ hours of online training....

No smiles for this part...

but ALL the smiles when she found out GPS was going to be with her. Always more fun with friends!

They were SUPER nervous when I dropped them off but they had a great time...and at the end of...

Minnie is ready to start reffing soccer games! HOORAY!!! I am SO SO proud of her! I think she will be GREAT! And now she gets to make money while she runs up and down the field she LOVES!

On Saturday, I picked this girl up from "optional" practice (love that she went!) and we headed to the big city to see if we could find the last few details for the bathroom... no.such. luck. bummer. But we DID swing through the car wash and DQ to surprise the big girls when we picked them up!

But WE got the best surprise!!! GPS's NEW PUPPY!!!

9 WEEK OLD MARLEY! We are obsessed!

We do LOVE a black lab!!!!

They *might* be our favorite! Such a fun snuggle!!!

Sunday after church was chicken roasting, cast-iron cookie making, deep couch sitting, homemade pizza making/eating, and tree dropping. A wonderful day to stay HOME! It was just enough busy and home time!

SUPER Senior Game!

You might remember LAST year we attended Sky's Senior game! We found out at that game she was going to come BACK to get her MBA (HIP HIP HOORAY OUR GIRL IS A SMARTY-PANTS!) so we got to do ANOTHER Sr. game! 

The girls invited the same friends and they came over early on Saturday morning to start working on their signs!

My GOODNESS what a difference a year (and opposite seats in the car hahaha) makes!

Mean-Muggin' was ALL SMILES and STOLE.THE.SHOW.

Gals did a great job on their signs!

and Miss B had to recreate her mix up last year... hahaha

She's usually OBSESSED with Minnie but Miss B got her out of the car when they arrived and they were stuck TOGETHER...

I squawked about not being in any pics so Husband told me to jump in

We got home in time for them to change and then right back out the door again... there was a LIVE action CLUE night at youth group and they were SO excited! I ran them over there and then Husband went to pick them up. I had a little snack board waiting for them... 

2 teen, 2 pre-teen and a Husband make short order of my snacks at 9:00 :)

Fi and Em Daigs slept over and although it was SUPER busy it was SUPER FUN. 

SPRING BREAK FUN!

 While we did do a TON of projects and spent a fair amount of time doing manual labor... there was SOME moments of fun and relaxation :)

On Tuesday we headed off to watch Sky on the PRETTIEST DAY OF THE WEEK!!! Cue sunroof OPEN!

Pit stop to grab some meds for Barks and I snapped a quick photo of my beauty queens with the BEAUTIFUL sky behind them!

We hit the outlets and walked around a bit before heading over to the stadium...

We do love a good running clock game that comes out in a W!

and this guy was so happy to see his girl!

On Friday I met my best girl and we had first appointments of the day! Hooray for pedi's again! And I love how we are matchy with our camo and birks... just different colors and styles!

Man alive I love this girl so much! Spending that hour with her was one of the BEST parts of my week!

and poor Husband... all the man wanted to do was change the oil in his truck and plant some seeds...one of those did not happen... but ONE DID! :)

AND FINALLY.... Miss B has wanted to go to her friend Reese's house to meet and ride her horse for months... we have been hearing about it since the fall and FINALLY on Friday it happened... she went over around 8:30 and I picked her up at 3:00. Is there ANYTHING cuter than two horse girls filthy from a day in a barn and playing outside? I.THINK.NOT.
