Husband and I have been in desperate need of a dishwasher for a while... I should have taken pics of the "before" with the soap dispenser that wouldn't close... the stained inside and the fact that the filter? was constantly JAMMED up and we'd often have to REWASH dishes after the dishwasher....
while this one did the heavy looking on (and I kept trying to hide in our bedroom on the phone with the CountryRents, hee hee)

I DID "try" to help....but....
thankful this guy showed up to muscle up... and he noticed that water was leaking all over the kitchen floor with ice chunks....that was our first red flag...
I HATE the mess....
but then.... there was some trouble attaching it to the counter top.... Husband had to call in his big guns...
He had tried to take out the filter and got bloody knuckles trying to get it out... 2nd red flag... OH FROZEN... Huh....
and the FILTER... I will be calling about the nastiness of the filter and asking for a replacement from GE. Apparently they do test the dishwashers in the factory before they leave but did anyone check the packing slip to see that it was being shipped to the FROZEN TUNDRA of our state!?!?! Can't imagine that's the best thing to have all that ice inside... but....
