Leadership Ladies

Minnie was invited as one of 10 MHS students to participate in the SMAA Sportsmanship Summit!

"I am pleased to inform you that your son/daughter has been selected to represent Massabesic High School at the SMAA Sportsmanship Summit at Sanford High School.

Your athlete was chosen based on their dedication to personal growth, their involvement in Mustang Athletics, and their demonstration of current or future leadership within our programs.

The SMAA Sportsmanship Summit brings together 10 athletes from each of the 17 SMAA schools for a day of leadership development, panel discussions, and team-building activities. The goal is for these student-athletes to return to our school community with new insights and strategies to enhance sportsmanship and the quality of our athletic programs."

On Tuesday when she was there, I chatted Tamarah and she said... Lil IS THERE TOO! She quickly started a group chat with our gals and asked for a picture...

I suggested that maybe they connect during lunch and I sent them THIS picture... *giggle*

NEVER did I think they would do it... but when Lily texted it over... IT.MADE.MY.DAY!

Our sweet sweet 16 year old girls that met when they were 9 months old....being chosen and recognized as leaders! SO PROUD!

And just incase (or as Minnie used to say...."nice in case-t") you wanted pop back HERE...to see these beauty queens and how much they have grown up.... 😢 my goodness it happened SO fast....

Love them.
