Always such a blast just hanging out with family... when you throw in pizza, WAY too rich birthday dessert and PRESENTs, you just can't beat it :)

Saturday... Part 1, early in the day

Scooted over to give GA her cotton candy where L was doing her Sr. pics. Don't let me think about it. I don't like the thought of her going AWAY next year...
From here we headed up to Bri's b-day party... that deserves its OWN post...

Friday...fun with Laura Jane!

We went out to eat at my fav. pizza place that is WAY too expensive...says Husband... I say... yum yum Had some fun shopping for sunglasses. Wonder if they'd give us at LEAST 50% OFF... come on??
We went to see this movie... yes... this is after the movie, yes, she's teary eyed...
This is my STUNNED/SHOCKED/CAN'T BELIEVE it face... what do you think they are chargine $4.00 for that surprises me so at the movie theater....
SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! A BOTTLE OF SODA. Just your regular 20 oz soda... FOUR BUCKS!!!!! (NO, I DID NOT buy one...didn't even have a hankering.. this frugal girl brought her own water in her OWN Nalgene bottle. :)

Happy Birthday GIRLfriend!

Someone turned the big 1-3...eeeekkkkk THAT'S A TEENAGER!!! I'm wondering when we all got so old... I remember this little gem when she was in my Sunday School class and I taught the 3-4 year olds... so cute... Good thing she hasn't changed much since then... just a little cute-r and a lot of fun! Her personality is like none other (just ask her older brother he'll tell you!) and she is becoming more and more the life of the party! (Hey, Brando, someone has to step up when you are away at school! :)

This past week...

Things I'm glad I accomplished:

• Visited with Nannie
• Went on a date with Husband
• Washed my stove

Vacuumed

Returned things we bought on Monday that didn't work out

Went for blood work

Washed Rebound's dishes which I hate to do more than ironing! Bleck

Set up my CareLink system

Finally had a successful stomach site change (3rd time's the charm right?)

Made dinner, Tues, Wed, Thurs

Picked up my Rx

Went to the diabetes center ~ or I will by the time you all read this (and I hate this WORSE than washing Rebound's dishes AND worse than IRONING!!!)

Made a chicken pot pie for the freezer

Went on a walk with Rebound in the GORGEOUS fall weather

Made twice baked potatoes for dinner and enough to freeze for a couple more meals

Cleaned out and organized the pantry

Oh yeah... and worked full time... :)

To give you a little glimpse of "home" after reading your post yesterday :) And what's up with these guys? I think they are confused. Can't you see, I already cut you all back... what's up with popping up again!?!? :) Kinda makes me happy and long for summer already....uh oh :)
