The Weekend Report

With Daddy out of town this Mama likes to be BUSY BUSY BUSY. We started off Thursday with play time at the T house! We sure do love being in their cozy home!

and lookie who else was there! :) FUN FUN!

JOY-FULL!

I am so blessed and privileged to be able to do LIFE with these gals.

Friday we headed to the CountryRents for dinner but I brought the gals early and SIL J brought the boys so we could each go run our respective errands before dinner. Nice to have Grandparents willing to watch four kids 6 and under :)

They had the BEST time playing "Frozen". Thank GOODNESS Minnie had just seen it or she would have had NO IDEA why CJ kept putting snow all over her :) "I'm just freezing you!" :) hee hee hee

oh yah. and in OTHER big news... JJ is DONE working at the bank and is headed up to the "Big City" for a new, bigger and better job opportunity. 15 years in one location is a long time! So proud of him!

Miss B just can't wait to get her paws on the "too-tee" aka "cookie" aka "CAKE" :)

Pics here a little out of order... Sat. PM Fletch sent her "little one" up the road with something for Yiz... we sucked her right into a Barbie movie and 3-D glasses. That SO DIDN'T WORK. Ah well...

On Saturday MORNING we went to a local INDOOR Farmer's Market. I had not been before and neither had the D crew so we met up to check it out.

YUM! It was great! So fun, got my crunchy hippy on locally and enjoyed a big giant warehouse full of food, fun, and music!

When Sky was little Husband and I took her into an Amato's on a road trip home... the rest of the clan was at a restaurant next door... the cashier said she was SO CUTE he was going to GIVE her the drink she had picked out (water I think?? :) she didn't have to pay because she was so cute. Flash forward 8ish years or so... Miss B... GIVEN a fun iced tea (no caffeine) because she was SO cute! :)

 

DEF. worth the adventure...moving right along...

Mick told Liz and I that he had seen an outdoor winter carnival down the street so we all trekked up to check it out. SUPER FUN AND SUPER FREEZING! My girl got to try snowshoes for the first time. She and Pheebs did GREAT in them. Neither one of them even fell which I thought for SURE was going to happen! :)

and they LOVED it :)

We finished off the day at a Chocolate EXTRAVAGANZA (because really, if you are gonna skip naps you mine and well load 'em up on free chocolate) and I totally forgot my camera...

 

A GREAT weekend filled with friends all trying to support me and get me through a weekend without Husband :)
