Thanksgiving Break AND Minnie Turns 12!!!

 BARELY any pictures of Thanksgiving... but a GAZILLION puppy and pool pictures.... get ready... 

Husband and I hosted this year... small crew... MIL and the CountryRents but it was nice and we always enjoy spending time together EATING :) Back to MIL's per tradition for sandwiches and Black Friday organization :)

Lists and laptops... it's where we are at... I miss flyers and picking out toys for this guy....

Friday afternoon started all about Minnie festivities.... She had the gals over...

They painted cookies again....

and then some of them might have gotten a little silly with the food coloring....

We rented an indoor pool!!! It was just in the next town over and it was AWESOME! Private entrance....

and the place to ourselves! 

The gals all had a blast! We were there for an hour and that was just enough...There were toys, a diving board, beach balls and made up games!

I think she had so MUCH FUN!

We came home to make-your-own slider dinner....

Ice cream sundaes for dessert and they all hung out watching the Christmas Chronicles until bedtime

Saturday AM I zipped Miss B over to the barn for her morning of chores which I think was cut short because she wanted to be inside doing this....

I came back with the big girls and they were SO happy... they said snuggling puppies was better than the pool!!!

This one... I can barely say no... she was begging to stay just a little longer... and then a little longer...

Miss B is in LOVE with the one with the pink collar. 

I just love them all!

I can't BELIEVE she is 12... my beauty queen... I just love her SO MUCH!

Puppies and Tractors...

What more could a girl want? Miss B was back at the barn on Saturday to walk some horses and shovel some poo... but the REAL reason she WE wanted to go was the new litter of FIVE Bernese mountain dog puppies that are only a little over a week old.... oh.my.stinkin'.

As IF she's going to be TWELVE.... Stay little baby.. just stay little...

Miss B wants these guys to stay little too... so crazy that they will turn into 100+lb dogs in just a few short months....

I did NOT know that they came out with pink noses and the black dots start to appear and by the time their noses are all black...they are ready for their forever home....

On Friday Husband texted the neighbor who has the box blade on the back of his tractor and now own's a camp right next door to where we stay in Rangeley.... to see if he wanted to either take the box blade off so Husband could use it or tag team the road... he was already up there and said for Husband to just go ahead and use the tractor... in an effort to save time.....I told Husband I would jump on and we could tag-team it....

Takes me a minute to warm up... ;) 

But with this great teacher, hydrostatic floor pedals and power steering.... easy peasy...it all came flooding back... I do prefer brush hogging but....

not a bad way to spend a sunny, cold, fall afternoon at the Mouse House

We might need to put this on our Christmas list.....
