I sure love him a LOT!!!! LOOK at what a FANTASTIC job he did this weekend picking up leaves and acorns off the lawn!!! :) Who cares if he did it while zooting around on his buddy's lawn mower... someone still had to empty those containers on the back!! :) Stud.

He also helped me get the chairs and umbrella up on the deck for the patio set....LOVE HIM!!!AND JUST TO DOCUMENT THE KOOKIE WEATHER here in Northern New England on April 28, 2009....Hrrrmm.... how do you like THEM apples friends who shall remain NAMELESS that moved south!?!?! :)

Time

It is the ONLY thing that we all start out with the SAME everyday. 24 hours... to do with as we please. I mean, sure, there are responsibilities and things that we "have" to get done but really... this is America. Let's be honest. It's pretty much "as we please".

Things on the blog have been a little sparse... with losing Grampa, some health concerns here and there, going out of town with Husband (Whahoooo) and just life in general... I think that my TIME has been focused elsewhere. And that is not a bad thing... just stating what may have appeared to some, the obvious.

I think I like it... I have some things I'm working on in this CountryMouse brain of mine and I will share my heart more in the next few weeks but for now... my time is going to be used in other places than Tales of the ABM.... keep checking back. All four of you that actually check the blog.... :)

You never know when something will strike me and I'll need to post about it :) but let's call this a little sabbatical.

AND WHILE WE'RE AT IT... YES, I'M "YELLING".... REMEMBER THIS YEAH... WE'RE BACK THERE AGAIN... MY LEFT EAR IS BLOCKED UP TIGHTER THAN A DRUM... I went yesterday to have it flushed out because it was a little blocked and came home with one of the Great Lakes LODGED in there... I thought for sure it would be gone by the time I woke up this AM but no such luck....

Quick Catch-Up in the Mouse House

Husband bravely protected our home... twice. I just happened to only get a pic of ONE... evil things...Watched the Muffin man and got to hang out with GA... you think he loves HER much or is it just for the "cookie" :)nah... it's HER!

AND JUST because it is wicked cute!!! He THREW the nerf bball into Rebound's water dish SOAKING not only the kitchen, the island, and the floor but also HIMSELF! His jeans and socks were SOAKED so I threw them in the dryer for a bit... can't get enough of this guy!

More to come... Rebound is having yet ANOTHER surgery... took him to his "annual" appt yesterday and the Vet noticed (After Husband pointed it OUT!) that poor Reebsie has an absess tooth!!! (Laura Jane, can I get an AMEN!? You and Rebound were going through it at the same time!!!) SOOOOO our man is on an antibiotic for 10 days and 1/2 way through the dose (Wed next week) he will have surgery to remove the MOLAR! :( Poor poochy pooch! The Mouse House has def. been having some health concerns but we feel like we are headed in the right direction all around and GOD IS GOOD! He will protect, provide and do MORE THAN WE COULD EVER IMAGINE! No matter what.

Tuesday night we went to JJ, J and CJ's for STEAK TIPS (YUM!!!) pots on the grill and J's famous salads (I love all the crunchy things she puts in her salads :)

Of course the night was filled with... fun with Uncle "Husband"...Fun with Reebsie...fun FOR Reebsie... :) *slurp slurp*fun with Dad...and Fun with Yah-Yah... BAH! :) I SWEAR to you the KID really does "like" me :) I wouldn't go quite so far to say that he LOVES me, he's kinda partial to Husband (who can blame him :) but don't worry... this was about 7 seconds later...

Don't forget fun for "TiTi" and one of my favorite parts of the night... HB calls Baby Einstein "Baby Crack" I think that CJ has his own version. When Husband whispers sweet nothings in his ear he's seriously in some sort of trance :) Hysterical :)Always the best time with the little man!!! I promise you that there was fun with his Mama too and I'll be back to post the proof via video... trouble with blogger this AM... ggggrrrr...
