TRYING to lay low and yet still maintain some sense of fun and normalcy for the todd-lah...so we are doing fun friends at home and one special outing... the "big girls" came before they both have to head back to school...
T got a special baby snuggle in as she tried to wait patiently for her little one to come out ~ she FINALLY did the VERY NEXT DAY after this photo was taken... 41+ weeks... woman is a rock star! :) and her peanut was only 7lbs 2oz... good thing I sent her home with a bag full of newborn dipes that "Yiz" had passed along to me when Baby C couldn't fit into them and my big beasty only wore them for 3 dipe changes in the HOSPITAL... :)
on Saturday these two gals were going to come to us for a visit since they were "home" for the weekend to attend a wedding in the afternoon but because they have the WATER at their parent's house we went to them...Little Sister holding "Big" Sister (Minnie), Big Sister holding "Little" Sister... I could only hope my girls will be as smart, athletic and now... the best of friends like these two :)
Speaking of the WATER... HOW happy was my girl... lake AND dog?

and just because it is super cute/funny...this was one of my FAV. outfits for Minnie... it is size newborn...my chunky monkey...I couldn't get the top snap done (Guido :) and then she busted out of the bottom... guess this is already going in the "too small" pile :) Oh I love her... :)
