On Tuesday morning one of my teachers (and previous neighbors on Dragonfly) came in to the office SO upset... I of course asked her what was wrong and she said "I ROASTED A TURKEY"... Um... ok... Yum? But she clarified and said she HIT a turkey and LOST her license plate in the process! Poor girl bought this car about a month ago (new to her) and had just registered it and put her plates on the DAY BEFORE.... I couldn't stop laughing but poor thing was REALLY upset...
She texted me after we had gotten home, told me she hadn't seen it, my 5th grade teacher helped her and they didn't even see the TURKEY.... She asked if I had seen it... of course I completely forgot but I said no worries... I will take the gals!! :)
I met them at the end of the road coming home with Husband and told them to hop in we were headed for an adventure! I rolled the windows all the way down, turned on my hazards and away we crawled...
Didn't take us long before we all spotted said turkey.... 
Minnie hopped out, moved it with her foot and pulled the license plate out from under it...
Gals and I could not stop laughing and we called her right away... they said "WE FOUND YOUR PLATE!" She did not believe us but always helpful to have photographic evidence!! My gals are so good at finding random things for people on the side of the road! :)
