State Track Meet

This past weekend, as it is EVERY year... was NUTS! :) I only took pictures on Saturday, but Friday I got a pedicure courtesy of the CountryRents for my B-day (which was Friday) and then we snagged a date night after FND!! Fun times just being out alone together at Target and TJMaxx with no one asking for a "naaackkk" or having to be home to get the girl in bed. Thanks again Liz! :) On Saturday it was Husband's B-day and the state track meet. Minnie loves all things outside, all things with GiGi and all things with DADDY so it worked well for her. Minus the part where she wouldn't take a nap in the stroller because there was too much going on. I mean after all, her friend C-Line was there. Who wants to sleep? Exploring to do...

not to mention the dirt....ah... my girl and the DIRT. She LOVES it :)

GA rode up with me bring and early and it is SO much easier to do things WITH someone vs. single-mommin' it :) especially when we are trying to "sneak" 12 helium balloons :)

Minnie and I finished off our Saturday at Ho-Hahn's b-day party and hosted the fam at our house on Sunday to celebrate our b-days. This weekend sneaks up on us every year but somehow we manage to make it through and on Monday AM we always wake up knowing we are blessed, loved and have had a GREAT time with family and friends!
