15 MONTHS

Miss B... 15 MONTHS!!!! CAN'T BELIEVE IT, DON'T WANT TO, NEED IT TO STOP, PLEASE STAY LITTLE!!!! :)

The big goings on 'round these parts are... WALKING!!!! Big girl you have finally given up the crawl and you are full-on walking everywhere. Oh I was getting SO nervous... I was afraid the "slide incident of 2013" had scared you for life and you'd crawl forever!!!! Climbing has never been an "issue" and it is your favorite thing to do! I finally caved and moved Minnie's stool back into the kitchen where we ALL love it because you figured out how to climb back DOWN...

I still fear there are some tumbles to come with this thing but you'll get it :)

 You still only have four REAL teeth but you have 2 that have broken through and 2 more that are JUST ready to... it's been fun around here with four teeth coming in. Your language is REALLY starting to take off. You know the signs for Daddy, baby, eat, fish, dog, please, thank you, all done, and you have started to say the words when you do the sign. You can SAY Mama, Nana, Mimi, TiTi, KY-LAH (Skylar), Aunnie, "Nah-Nah" for Siena, PaPa for Grampa, Dada, DORA, Mmm-Hrrmm, NO, Yeah, and "it" aka SIT.

  

 You are still in size 4 diapers, we've moved up to 18 month pants and are doing 18-24 month shirts. You wear a size 4 shoe and LOVE all things GIRL. You love to have a pony in (your Dora hair bow is your fav) and you are often found running around the house with a bead necklace or some other accessory on :) Speaking of Dora you are STILL obsessed! If she is on TV, if you can reach the Candyland game we have (Dora edition, thank you very much W family :) or if you see her in any store we are in... you squeal, holler DORAAAAA

 

Sleep is going better though you are an early riser... whew. Up for the day crying by 5:15 most days and def. down for a nap by 12:30... sometimes earlier... sometimes a little later if you've had a nap in the car in the AM. Usually we can set the afternoon clock by you and you are up from your nap no matter WHAT time you go down at 2:15. It is kinda weird :)

 

You are not a great eater but I remember that your sister wasn't either so we just keep trying... avocado is probably still your favorite and you are a milk-drinking champion. You love tomatoes, cheese (American only), yogurt, homemade pancakes and waffles, fruit of any sort, etc. etc. You are NOT big on meat at ALL but I have found that you think ketchup is a side dish and if I dip things like chicken in it you'll eat it :) Sneaky sneaky!

 

You LOVE LOVE LOVE to be outside with Daddy, you love to take a bath, you love playing with the pink 4 wheeler, you love playing with the cash register, you LOVE climbing the stairs, you love playing with Minnie but most of all I think you LOVE Me! :) You are definitely still a Momma's girl and I'm def. still OK with that :) You sometimes cry when we leave you but a snack and a snuggle usually does the trick.

Miss B you complete our family and what a JOY it is to be your parents. You are life and light, silly and funny and just down right happy most of the time. We thank the LORD for picking YOU for US. We love you! Momma, Daddy, and "Nah-Nah" :)

*Just for fun... Minnie at 15 months.... seeing them both at this age I don't think they look alike... but seeing them together in person... oh yah! :)
