First... LAST Summer Track Meet

 On Thursday we headed for Scarborough... WITHOUT HUSBAND... he had already committed to an annual golf tournament... I loaded up my short bus with children... there wasn't a seat left... and we did canopies, coolers, chairs... all of it... the funniest part is that people thought Husband WAS there... he runs around at meets so much that I had a Mom say... wow he must be really busy today... uh... nope... not here :) 

It's the first last SUMMER track meet for these two... Minnie is competing in the 15 and not yet entered high school age division and Skylar is in the 13/14... 

The weather was AMAZING! Miss B was able to throw the disc and jav....

Minnie did disc, jav, 100m and long jump...

and the celebrities came to cheer them on! :)

Miss Mean Muggin was NOT impressed about leaving... can't said I blamed her... it was such pretty weather with such fun company! :)

PUPPIES!

This girl has been loving on puppies for a LONG time at Brya's house...

and we got to do it all over again!!! Barkley's Momma had a litter of 12!

and we even got to bring FIONA!

Miss B's version of Disneyland has always been and will always be... Brya's house :)

 

The Weekend Report

 But truthfully... the only day I took pics was Saturday.... 

Bri-Bri and SIL L hosted a joint graduation party for my gals... my BIG gals that is...hip hip hooray for Chloe and Sky!

My view for most of the party... the littles have NO CARE about how cold the water is and these parents are TROOPERS for getting in the ice bath!!

At the end of the party they said yes to my crazy ideas.... as they usually do ;)

They were SO accommodating to recreate some of my favorite memories...

but by FAR my all time favorite.... 

I love these gals so much! I am SO proud of them and their educational accomplishments and so THANKFUL for the example they have been to my girls to put family first, work hard at everything and have a BLAST while doing it! LOVE THEM!

Hot, Hot, HOT

We kicked off summer with temps in the GAZILLIONS... thankful for Sky buying this cast cover for my little mermaid!!

We enjoyed Wednesday at the POO ;) because if you were not in water... you had to be in A/C!

Minnie and I headed out to get her hair "did" :)

and we had our parent meeting for summer track... we have about 100 kiddos signed up... here comes the crazy!

On Thursday after Miss B's "no new cast" appointment Aunt Nancy and "Bob" let these four crash their pool! It was a GLORIOUS 87 degrees so even Tamarah and I got in... no photographic evidence but I snagged these at DQ on our way home...Love these four sassy pants! Pun totally intended :)

 

Catching Up...

We spent Father's day afternoon doing their favorite thing with some fun friends!

The weather was perfection... and the company was FABULOUS

It's OFFICIAL... my teenager has a phone... insert eye roll... 

we were HOPING this one would get a smaller cast at her appointment but now it looks like this big bulky one is just staying on until July 3rd at 8AM. If you don't think she's counting down the MINUTES...

Minnie started her soccer workout regime just in time for our temps to hit 100... early morning sweat sesh with the BEASTS on the turf.... 6:52AM arrival time... 7:40 leave time...
