Friday ~ Sunday Day 19, 20, 21

Weather: Mostly cloudy 50's-60's, Sunday Sunny 60's

Food:
Breakfast all three days:
Coffee with almond milk little bit of maple syrup
2 waffles with jam and vegan butter

Friday:
1/2 an apple
Leftover spag with meat sauce
An orange to treat low blood sugar
Some of Liz's amazing chocolate
Amy's DF/GF Pizza ~ my review is... I got down two small pieces but there was NO WAY I could eat it for lunch on Saturday... crumbly crust and just couldn't do it.

Saturday:
Olive Oil Popcorn from Trader Joe's
Raspberries
Leftover Bourbon chicken, GF pasta, sautéed zucchini and onions
Blackberries and Raspberries

Sunday:
Juice box during church for low blood sugar
Salad with chicken, carrots, pasta, salad and dressing

Supplements: Fish oil once, turmeric w/black pepper twice, probiotic once, vitamin D once

Drs:

Overall pain level and locations: Friday: Really low pain level today, finger not so swollen for sure... keep in mind... 4 advil last night before bed... Saturday: 6? Finger swollen again, chest pain back, Sunday: chest/finger 5/6ish
