A gazillion pictures of her scummy, dirty, stinky cast....
but there was no way I was taking it home... ;) and they didn't even offer!
She was a trooper getting it off but once it was gone she was SO scared and nervous. She said it was "hurting" to bend her elbow (she hadn't been able to for 5 weeks!) and you can still see the "bend" in her arm where it was broken but the Doc assures me will go away in time. So... now we have a splint for the next 3 weeks... but sure is nice to let her go "swimming" in the tub and not worry about wrapping a grocery bag around her cast...
took her a couple of days to get used to the new arm but she's a rock star and is handling it like a CHAMP!
