I just got a phone call and it has BEGUN! She is at the hospital now and has been told that she is NOT leaving until the baby comes! They are starting induction tonight, "slowly", so she isn't expecting anything this evening. Currently mom and baby are not at any risk (minus the low blood sugars caused by the placenta breaking down).
