Cousin "Toh" ~ Make THIS!

Cousin "To-h" came down to stay with the CountryRents and the MouseHouse over the end of last weekend and beginning of the week. It is always a GREAT time when he comes and because he is a bachelor living alone he is always such a GREAT sport about letting me try different foods and meals on him :) Husband accidentally grew "8 ball" zucchini this year which turned out to be GREAT for stuffing!!!

We used habanero sausage from a local butcher and while the flavor was amazing it was WAY too spicy for me... the guys however... LOVED it :)

I think next time we'll try just plain 'ol Italian hot sausage and give that a whirl... but super yummy and definitely recommend it!! Link to recipe
