Most of the features are the same... Husband and I did notice that they have geared re-filling the reservoir for a dummy... but other than that... works for ME just like the old one. I'm sure I'm not taking advantage of ALL it can do but I'm not a fan of that extra piece to have a constant read on my blood sugar so I'm happy with using it "old school" :)
